Attune Direct Care & Wellness is dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to all our patients. From routine check-ups to chronic disease management, Attune has you covered. This is not insurance. We have designed different membership tiers based on your needs for primary care, whether at home or work.
Both plans provide:

No co-pays/deductibles
Secure portal messaging
Preventative and chronic care
Acute/sick visits
Discounts on labs and supplements
Referrals/care coordination when needed
Transparent, relationship-based care
*Only Essentials Membership for Adults aged 18+ are available for Greater TX, Florida, Louisiana and Oklahoma*
We do not bill or accept any form of insurance.

Essentials Membership Plan
Best for individuals and families in Texas, Florida, Louisiana, Oklahoma who want consistent access and thoughtful care without complexity.
Includes up to 2 home visits per year (per household) if in Grayson County, TX.
Adult - $99/month
Adult + 1 child - $159/month
Family (up to 4) - $209/month
Additional children - $15/month/child
Additional home visits - $149 per visit
Signature Membership Plan
Best for Executive Health, or those who value in-home care and want flexibility with deeper access. Must be located in/around Grayson County, TX.
Concierge-style access.
Includes unlimited telemedicine/ home visits and priority scheduling.
Adult - $199/month
Adult + 1 child - $259/month
Family (up to 4) - $309/month
Additional children - $15/month/child
One-time Visits/Needs
If you would like a metabolic/longevity consultation, have a one-time need, or need consultation for Low-dose THC treatment in TX, one time visits are available.
Telemedicine visit available in Texas, Florida, Louisiana, Oklahoma - $135
Home visit in Grayson County, TX region only - $353
